Our Super Hub is re-opening
We are pleased to advise that our Super Hub on Victoria Square will re-open to our members and the general public from 8.30am on Monday 2 August.
All face-to-face Member Services, including in-person Financial Planning and other advice services will also re-commence from this date and will be performed observing all government mandated requirements.
These measures include:
- adhering to the 1 person per 4 square metres density requirement
- continue social distancing measures of 1.5 metres
- wearing of masks in all shared indoor public spaces
- check-in using the QR code located at our Super Hub entry.
We appreciate your cooperation and assistance with the above in keeping our members, community and staff safe during this time.
Completed forms may continued to be dropped in the secure box on Level 11, 211 Victoria Square between 8.30am–5:00pm until Monday 2 August.
Call Centre availability
Our call centre remains open Monday–Friday between 8:30am–5:00pm and our team can be reached on 1300 65 18 65.
Northern Territory office
Our Northern Territory office continues to operate as normal with no disruption. Our NT team can be reached on 08 7915 4800.
