Join Joe Anderson and Nick Coutts from Mellor Olsson as they explain the current legal requirements and practicalities of creating a Will. During this session you will learn what assets fall within your personal estate, how superannuation is treated, how to minimise an inheritance claim, how to avoid lengthy probate processes and much more.
