Desktop user guide

Step 1

Go to the Statewide Super Online registration page.

Complete the registration form with your details including your Statewide Super Client ID/Number, surname, given names (middle name included) and date of birth. Your Client ID/Number can be found on your past member statement

Note: If you can't decipher the verification code click the refresh arrows on the right. Verification code is case sensative.

Your one-time pin will be sent to the mobile or email address we have on file. If you don’t receive your one-time PIN via email or SMS please try entering your details again, but include your middle name in the Given name field. If this still doesn’t work please contact the Member Services team on 1300 65 18 65 and we will assist you with this process.

Once you have received your one-time PIN you can update your password. Please enter the one-time PIN and your new password then click submit.

Your new password must contain at least:

  • 1 lower case character
  • 1 upper case character
  • 1 numeric character
  • 1 symbol character (character that is not a-z A-Z or 0-9)
  • Min length of 8 characters

Success! You have registered. Once you are ready to login click ok.

Enter your username (registered email or Client ID/Number), your password and click login.
