What if you don’t use a mobile phone or have an email account?
Please phone our Member Services Team on 1300 65 18 65 and they can:
- assist you to download any forms that you require
- take your instructions to update your personal details and/or account information. This will require over-the-phone authentication and the recording of your instructions.

Once you have registered for Statewide Super Online we encourage you to download the app for the optimal mobile experience.
Once you have downloaded the app you will be asked to generate a four digit passcode for convenient access on the app!
