Going through a serious illness or injury or losing a loved one can be tough and we’re here to make your claim as straight forward as possible.
We will assign a dedicated Claims Officer to work with you and our insurer to assess your claim. Before you seek legal advice; we encourage you to chat with us, you may find our claims process much less daunting than you think!
Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disability Claims
Statewide has a digital insurance claims tracker that allows you to make an Income Protection (IP) or Total and Permanent Disability claim via your secure Statewide Super Online member portal. Through our platform you can claim and upload documents from your smartphone or tablet and you will also be able to track the progress of your claim/s anytime.

Death & Terminal Illness Claims
It is important that, in the event of your death, a relative or legal representative notifies Statewide Super via 1300 65 18 65 so that the claims process can begin. Similarly, should you wish to make a claim for terminal illness, please contact our team on the above number.
Financial hardship & Compassionate grounds Claims

How do I make a claim?
