Apply for Statewide Super insurance
As a Statewide member, you can apply for new insurance or apply to increase your existing cover, at any time. You can also apply to change your occupation scale which may decrease the cost of your cover.
There are two ways to apply:
- eApply by logging in to our secure online area, Statewide Super Online, to complete an Online Insurance Application.
- Or call us on1300 65 18 65 and we’ll talk you through registration over the phone.
Please note that cover will be subject to acceptance by the Insurer and exclusions may apply.
