Dedicated BDM
Our dedicated Business Development Managers (BDMs) make regular trips to workplaces across the state to provide expert, personalised service to you, in person.
They can:
- Help you set up strategies to manage your super administration
- Set up the StatewideSuper Clearing House
- Guide you through logging in to Statewide.On.Line
- Help you understand your super obligations
- Help you understand your payment method options (BPAY® is recommended)
- Assist you with trouble shooting and problem solving by providing a proactive approach to the administration and management of superannuation process
- Arrange for member education and new employee induction sessions to be held at your workplace.
StatewideSuper doesn’t have to be your super fund for a BDM to visit you.
