Important system upgrade to Statewide Super Member Portal
Statewide Super is currently upgrading your online member portal which will temporarily restrict your access.
For urgent changes to your account details or personal information during this blackout period, please contact our Member Services Team on 1300 65 18 65.
What does this mean for you?
- The ability to make changes to your investment options will not be available electronically from Tuesday, 17 April to Wednesday, 3 May 2017. However, you can still request an investment switch by contacting Member Services or completing the Member investment choice/switching form in the Resources>Forms section of the website and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- There will be no access to your Statewide Super Online account from Friday, 21 April to Wednesday, 3 May 2017.
- No online changes to voluntary contributions can be made from Friday, 21 April to Wednesday, 3 May 2017.
